Real Haciendas Hotel Valladolid , Valladolid (Yucatan)

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean, which was great, but they were a bit noisy. The bed was huge and super comfy, though the rooms felt a bit humid and dark at times. The A/C worked well and was gentle, adding to the comfort.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was truly fabulous with a squeaky clean and spacious layout featuring a gigantic, super comfortable bed. However, it was very small and lacked any seating other than the bed. The service, while friendly, was limited in English proficiency and could not assist much with recommendations or transportation arrangements. The location, although a bit off the beaten path, was still within walking distance to key attractions like Cenote Zaci, offering a peaceful setting. The dining experience was polarized with a poor quality breakfast but an amazing dinner menu. Overall, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
